BBC Children in Need Befriending Project
Ezra Care in Manchester are delighted to announce that BBC Children in Need has awarded them a grant. This grant will fund our Children in Need Befriending Project and help make a difference to the lives of disadvantaged children and young people right here in Manchester.
This grant has been made possible thanks to the generosity of the public. £32.6 million was raised on Appeal night 2014 and BBC Children in Need have since announced that this total has risen to a record breaking £49.1 million.
Awards For All Senior Support Project
Ezra Care has received funding from the Big Lottery Fund for our Senior support project.
Since June 2004 The Big Lottery Fund have awarded over £8 billion to projects that make a difference to people and communities in need, from early years intervention to commemorative travel funding for World War Two veterans.
Since the National Lottery began in 1994, £33 billion has been raised and more than 450,000 grants awarded.
